A full-time, van-lifer and troubadour from the far South Coast of NSW Felicity Dowd believes a song is only as good as its story. Felicity uses her acoustic performances to tell stories that intertwine the experiences of the world around her, portrayed through a youthful, contemporary lens. Inspired by an eclectic and ever-changing landscape of genres her music is diverse, drifting between the boundaries of Folk and Country within her unique repertoire of modern classics and original compositions.

Winner of the 2023 National Folk Festival’s Gill Rees Award for Young Musicians and Folk Federation NSW’s Young Folk Artist of the Year (2020), Felicity is a passionate singer-songwriter and storyteller, spending her life on the road sharing stories with love and heart. A graduate of the renowned Talent Development Project and a multi-award-winning songwriter, Felicity uses her skills to captivate audiences across Australia, with deep stories and humorous tales.

‘Blue Skies’, her first single released in early March 2021, debuted at number one on the Country Itunes chart and AMRAP chart in its first week. Her third single ‘Handle It’ achieved similar success being named the most downloaded track on Play MPE on release day as well as the number 2 position on the AMRAP chart and 3rd on the Country Itunes Chart.
